Integrating biblical principles with neuroscience for holistic trauma counseling.

Trauma Therapy

People are complex beings, created with a body, soul, and spirit. Incorporating each part of the person in the process is essential to healing. We don't believe in helping people simply exist and cope their way through life. We hope to assist people in overcoming the struggles they face, so that they are free to live out the life they were created for.

We use a Christian worldview and a variety of different evidence-based practices to treat trauma, PTSD, and dissociation, in addition to other struggles people wrestle with daily.

Substance Abuse Counseling

We don't believe that addiction/substance abuse is a disease or that it is a part of your identity. We believe that people can live a life free from the chains of addiction. We use a trauma-informed approach to navigate the challenges of addiction. We provide compassionate counseling for substance abuse, integrating spiritual guidance and evidence-based practices for recovery.

EMDR Intensives are a great option for creating life change in a shorter amount of time. Intensives focus on a specific issue with options for treatment length that typically range from 3-5 treatment sessions. We use EMDR, in addition to other treatment modalities as needed to get to the root of the problem helping to resolve problematic symptoms.
